Mynt Announces Plans to Go Public

The Company will apply to trade under ticker symbol MYNT 


Irvine, Ca., June 4, 2024 -Mynt, Inc. announced today the Company has entered into a definitive acquisition agreement to go public. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter 2024 and will enable Mynt to expand its service capabilities serving gold and silver investors worldwide. The Company is capitalizing on advancements in technology and growing demand from investors to build and protect their assets through investing in gold and silver.


“Mynt is expected to commence trading under the ticker symbol MYNT in the fourth quarter of 2024. The company’s existing management team will stay in place under the leadership of CEO John Drummond. The combined company will announce new board members at a later date,” Mynt said. 


Mynt’s existing management team of industry veterans will continue to manage the combined company upon completion of the transaction under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer John Drummond. 


Transaction Overview 

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors Mynt and is expected to close in late third quarter 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the approval of Mynt’ shareholders. The subsequent offering is expected to raise approximately $25  million of gross proceeds through a private placement of ordinary shares (“PIPE”) from funds and accounts managed by institutions and accredited investors.
